Our CEO, Crista Casas, was a global business operations manager for a Silicon Valley tech/drone logistics company as in West Africa, Australia, India, Sri Lanka, and Indonesia. Crista was responsible for vetting market entry strategy, overseeing medical drone delivery integration operations into military combat training, business development, and managing organizational change for business scaling. Prior to that, she oversaw multiple operations in response to national and international disasters.

Our Director of Global Supply Chain and Logistics, Marina Yang, has over 20 years of sales and business operations experience in supply chain and international trade with extensive expertise in technology, manufacturing, and retail industries as well as broad knowledge in international trade compliance, global supplier management and performance audit, freight audit, and process management. She has built logistics and customer service departments spanning across three continents and oversaw manufacturing plant relocation, and regulatory compliance.

Our Director of Global Operations, Erica Duran, has a broad range of experience managing new market deployment of infrastructure and technology for rapidly growing startups and NGOs across the United States, Haiti, Rwanda, and Ghana.

Our Director of Business Development, Joshua Rubin, worked as a Japanese and US market-entry consultant for startups in the Middle East. He has worked with the US. Department of State in Stability Operations supporting political tradecraft courses for senior State Department, USAID, and military officials traveling to high-threat regions, especially in the Middle East. He has also worked in Indonesia, where he worked with the American Chamber of Commerce in Jakarta.
