Over the years, we have conducted numerous due diligence and legal advice for our clients (in industries such as banking, finance, hospitality, energy, light manufacturing, real estate, etc) in relation to regulatory and legal impacts on new entry into relevant markets. Beyond that, we have assisted some of those same clients to legally establish, register and settle in their new markets.
