The McHattie Law Firm focuses on onshoring foreign entities. We provide general corporate services and other ancillary services relevant for international business. We like to consider ourselves a “from creation through equity event” firm, a foreign client’s outside General Counsel. We will help determine the best structure for a US venture, whether a sole proprietorship, a limited liability company or a corporation. We will help develop operational forms, such as operating agreements, non-disclosure, employee and independent contractor agreements and forms, intellectual property creation and assignment documents, customer and vendor contracts, as well as develop growth strategies, such as mergers, acquisitions and/or joint ventures.
