A little bit about us, Your Other Half is a human resources company serving small businesses with 2-100 employees in the U.S., or foreign companies beginning U.S. operations. For our foreign clients, we help project manage all operational aspects of moving to the U.S. and set-up their Human Resources function from scratch. We often are also their partners in hiring their first team, by putting together a people plan aligned with their strategy and doing full outsourced recruiting to find and hire the best talent to meet their needs.

We are passionate about working with small business owners to make their businesses more efficient, happy places to work, so they have time back to grow their businesses and enjoy their lives. Your Other Half helps business owners find, hire, manage and retain the talent they need to grow their business, within all federal, state and local laws. We also act as our clients' business advisor, working closely with them to create and implement sustainable people systems, as well as hiring and managing small business vendors from our elite network of providers, all of whom provide discounts or bonuses to Your Other Half's clients.
